I needed to tell everyone about the professional service I received his helpful courier. . He promised my daughter would get her bird for her birthday after being let down by a previous seller.. but he kept his promise…walked the extra mile to make sure a beautiful healthy bird was delivered on the same day. Works so hard all the hours dedicated to his birds … A real lover of animals….Very courteous and polite staff with some free food thrown in as well.. I will order again I couple months and recommend them very highly..thanking you all so much …for my daughters beautiful green parrot ..regards patty and Frankie. 😁

I can’t say how wonder Birds4u staff were when i ordered my Green Cheek conure online and had problems transferring the money to pay for him/her.so the lovely lady the on phone said that it wasn’ t a problem and that i could pay for the bird in cash when they delivered the conure and i can’t thank them enough for allowing me to do that.

Oscar arrived today. Ordered last night. What a lovely man who delivered the parrot too. Service is beyond amazing. And communication is outstanding. Lots of text back and forth on a Saturday night. What more could you ask.

I ordered two Green Cheek Conures, which are 4-5 months old. I did same day delivery for them both as we was unable to go to the store as we are in Hull. We received photos and a video to choose which birds we wanted. The both arrived safe and sound. I would recommend birds4u to anyone. 24/4/2020.
